Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are a guaranteed right for all our customers and apply to all products listed on our store.
All products are eligible for return or exchange under the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
The product must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
Returns must be requested within 3 days of purchase, and exchanges within 7 days.

Please provide a photo of the product, along with your city, address, and order number, especially if the product is defective, damaged, or not as agreed.
A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description on our website.
We are not responsible for any customer expectations or intended use that were not stated on the product page.
A 30% fee or a minimum of 25 AED will be deducted if the customer simply no longer wants the product and there is no defect or issue.
